I tasselli del battistrada sono progettati come palette ed espellono istantaneamente anche la sabbia bagnata. Le alette laterali rinforzano la struttura e la robustezza del pneumatico consentendo la stabilità della moto.
Il fango compattato viene frantumato dai tasselli del battistrada per contribuire a migliorare la trazione su terreni fangosi facilitando l aderenza per la massima stabilità. L ampia spaziatura dei tasselli offre il massimo ingranamento al suolo e trattività.
